Anna from Chicago was here...

I dont know why, but I just feel like writing in english right now. So, I know that this is not going to be perfect, cause I am pretty much tired and well, I think I am still not that good with the grammar, but I dont care :P

So, what did I do on Thursday. The only thing I can remember is that Elma was here in the evening to watch Greys Anatomy and Private Practice. And then it was Friday again :)

On Friday in the evening Elma, Laura and me picked up Anna from the airport. It was still a little bit time left so that we walked a little bit through the Mall of America. When Anna was with us in the car we drove to the Medina Bowling Center. There we met Lena and went bowling. It

was pretty much fun and I won one game, even if the girls say I just one because the computer didnt work well - just lies! After that we just went home and Anna and me talked a lot and went to bed.

On Saturday in the morning we went to the Plymouth Ice Center cause Laura and me had our class. After that we waited for Elma to go to the Mall of America, but this time it was different there.

Cause we werent there for shopping- we wanted to go in the amusement park in the middle of the Mall. Anna had two free

passes. So she and me tried the rides, while Elma and Laura went to the Underwaterworld :) It was a lot of fun. And we all met Spongebob and Patrick :D And i saw my first Cheerleader here. By the way.. I also saw a sweater a Cheerleader was wearing, it said: "Cheerleading is not just a sport i,t is about the attidude." Ah great :D

At home againg we had a big dinner with my hostfamily and spent some time with the kids.

Then we got ready for Party! Well, what do you think, where did we go? Yes, for sure- Barfly :) We had a pretty good time there,

even if most of the guys were strange :D "The party wont start til i walk in.... " Best song :D Two o clock. The party was over :-/ So we went againg to the brazilian afterparty. Too bad that this time there wasnt much action. Just a few people hanging around there. But well, at least I had fun there, even if the other girls were just tired and wanted to go home...

Six o clock in the morning we finally went to bed. Actually we wanted to wake up for breakfast with my hostfamily (8:oo am) - bad idea (Anna assured it to my hostparents :-/) But we couldnt here the alarm clock! So at 11:oo am we woke up and had our own breakfast :) Then we went ice skating with Laura, cause our Au Pair Meeting (Snowtubing) was cancelled - the weather was too bad :-/ After that we dropped Anna at the airport again and went to Dinkytown, cause we actually wanted to watch the Football game there: Vikings vs. Saints (Minnesota vs New Orleans). The winner would be in the Super Bowl (like the final game in the worldcup). Again we had some problems to find Dinkytown. But then we got to "the library" to find out that even for dinner we were not allowed to go in, cause we aren´t 21. And we thouht it would be so nice to watch the game with all the collegestudents :-/ So we went Downtown Minneapolis to Hooters. The game was so exciting. Laura and me went crazy! For Elma it was just: If they win my hostdad is in a good mood, if not....

We already had our own song: Laura and me: ahu ahu ahu Elma: Hey, Hey vikings, die vikinger :D :D (she pronounced it in english :D )

Later on she spit her coke on the table. Cause something was supposed to be funny and so I said: "Haha, Schenkelklopfer.... !" And then Laura: (klopft auf ihren Arm) "Schenkelklopfer für Beinamputierte!" And so the coke was all over the table... - good job, Elma ;) :)

In the end the Vikings lost. It was so close.. and if the coin just.... well- if, if, if.. whatever, they lost.. no superbowl for Minnesota :-/

After that we sadly went home.

Monday means working again. And I was sick. (Actually I am still sick). So I didnt went to the gym in the evening. Just lying in my bed and reading my book. Thats pretty much what I did the whole week. Except of Wednesday. There I went with Laura, Elma and Nadja to a park to go Ice Skating. It was sooo freezing cold that my lashes got frozen :D :D After that we went to the gym and in the Hot Tub :) Good idea ;) Today I was off early. So that I found time to write this stuff here :) And tomorrow it is weekend again, so yes.. time always passes by fast if you are enjoying something... and I almost enjoy everything here....

Tonight is again Greys Anatomy and Private Practice...
